1. For hand-carry items:
After checking in, please present your passport, receipts and purchased goods to the ICA Duty Office Counter at Departure Immigration.

2. For check-in items [including bulky items and Liquids, Aerosols & Gels (LAGS)]:
Please approach the Security Officer at the Departure Gate for assistance. Present your receipts and purchased goods to the ICA Officer for inspection before proceeding to check-in your luggage. Approach ICA Duty Office Counter with your passport to complete the refund process.
